Overview
This is a short Kenya holiday safari ideal for those that have little time but want to share in the adventure. It is approximately 5 hours from Nairobi by road and exclusively covers the world famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve, the jewel park of Kenya. It spends 2 nights with one and a half days of optimum game viewing in which you can spot the black manned lions, Elephant, Rhino, Cheetah, Leopard, Buffalo, Antelope and many bird species among other wildlife. You can also experience the rich culture of the Maasai people by visiting one of their villages.

This is a 3 day (2 nights) action packed short Kenya holiday family safari. It is suitable for those with limited time but want to join in the fun to see the great wildebeest migration in Masai Mara.
Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve.This day you will be picked up early in the morning from your Nairobi Hotel or Airport at 7.00 am. You then drive along the Great Rift Valley, a must for Kenya family holiday safari makers passing by the view point and the extinct volcano of Mount Longonot en route to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, arriving for lunch as well as check in. Relax until 16:00 Hours time for evening game drive with a chance to see the Big Five; Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and the Leopard; Observe herds of Wildebeest, Zebra, Gazelle, Impala, Maasai Giraffe and other kinds of African wildlife in this fascinating wildlife paradise. Overnight will be at Sarova Sarova Mara Luxury Tented camp on full board basis.
Day 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Today you will spend a whole day viewing wildlife in Maasai Mara Game reserve. As part of your holiday safari you can have morning and afternoon game drives. You can also relax by the poolside at the lodge/camp, visit a Maasai village or enjoy an early morning hot air balloon ride over the Maasai Mara plains with champaign bush breakfast. You also have the option of going on a full day game drive with picnic lunch in the park and drive to the migration points on the Mara River. Here you can observe Hippo and Crocodile. You have a chance to see the “BIG FIVE”: Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard. Wildebeest, Zebra, Cheetah and Gazelle, other kinds of African wildlife can also be easily observed. Witness the famous wildebeest (Gnu) and zebra migration from Serengeti (Tanzania) to Maasai Mara (Kenya) between July and September; this movement is one of the wonders of the world. Maasai Mara is the stomping ground of the Great Migration. A massive accumulation of 1.5 million wildebeest, 200,000 zebra and 350,000 gazelle stretch their legs over 1,200 miles in an annual race to find enough water and green grass for their survival. you will return for overnight at lodge or camp onfFull board.
Day 3: Maasai Mara – Nairobi. On this last day of your Kenya holiday safari you will go on an early morning game drive then depart after breakfast for Nairobi with lunch on the way. Later on arrival at Nairobi you will be dropped off at your respective hotel or airport.
