    Arrival: Entebbe- Kampala

    On Arrival at Entebbe Airport where you will be welcomed by a representative from Equatorial wild Safaris. You then be transferred to your hotel in Kampala.

  • Day 2

    Kampala – Murchison Falls National Park

    After breakfast embark on an adventure driving North West through the famous Luwero Triangle via Masindi town. You will be served with Uganda’s beautiful sights and sounds. You will view the different cultures, behaviors and the ways of the diverse tribes in Uganda. You will see their standards of living and the various activities they engage in. You will also see Uganda’s beautiful scenery and the vast wealth of green savannah across large areas. Enroute you will visit Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary where you get track the Rhinos

  • Day 3

    Murchison Falls National Park

    You will have a morning game drive on the Northern bank. Here you may be able to spot lions, Giraffes, Elephants, Uganda Kobs among others. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, a three hour boat trip along the Nile gives assured chance to see and take in the breath-taking view of the thick aggressive waterfalls thrust their force on the rocks at the foot of the waterfall.  Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes and aquatic birds can be seen along the shores of the river. For those who trust in their good level of fitness, you will get off the boat and take a hike to the top of the falls. This historic site can only be reached from the south bank. From the top of the falls there are fantastic advantage points that the falls can be viewed from and photographed. It’s really a spectacular scene.

  • Day 4

    Murchison Falls National Park – Kibale National Park

    We depart Murchison Falls and head towards Fort Portal. This long journey will be rewarded with stunning views while you pass small villages and local markets. Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled “Mountains of the Moon” and is famous for the many tea plantations. From this lovely town we will continue to the dense forest of Kibale National Park.

  • Day 5

    Chimpanzee Tracking And Crater Lakes

    Today the forest opens its doors for a sensational chimpanzee tracking. Kibale Forest is reputable of having the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in East Africa. Enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild chimpanzee, red-tailed monkey, black-and-white colobus monkey and many others. After a hearty lunch and some rest will visit the numerous crater lakes endowed in Kibale.

  • Day 6

    Kibale National Park – Queen Elizabeth National Park

    Today you can enjoy the majestic Rwenzori Mountains in its full glory! Enroute to Queen Elizabeth National Park you will be able to spot some wildlife.

  • Day 7

    Queen Elizabeth National Park

    The day begins early when we start with a morning game drive and head to the mating ground of the Uganda Kobs. We search for lions, elephants, buffaloes and other wild animals in their natural habitat before returning for lunch. In the afternoon we take on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George. Thanks to the abundant birdlife that is sighted, and the elephants, buffaloes and hundreds of hippos that are cooling off at the shores, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your safari.

  • Day 8

    Queen Elizabeth National Park – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

    Today we will depart the beautiful area of Queen Elizabeth and drive to the southwest. After a calm and scenic drive we will arrive at the shores of Lake Mutanda late in the afternoon.

  • Day 9

    Gorilla Tracking

    The highlight of your safari: a meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi! Especially hikers will love the tracking in the beautiful ecosystem of the park. Expect to walk a long distance in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes with rain overhead, before you encounter any gorillas. But it will definitely be worthwhile as you observe them closely while they eat, play and rest. A unique and unforgettable experience!
    Those who prefer not to participate in the gorilla tracking can explore the surroundings at own arrangement or join a nature/village walk.

  • Day 10

    The Batwa Trail: Mgahinga National Park –Lake Bunyonyi

    Although Bwindi is mainly known for the gorillas it has a lot more to offer. Today you will enjoy the Batwa Trail, a firsthand introduction to one of the most unique cultures worldwide. The Batwa pygmies are a forest people displaced from the rain forest they shared with mountain gorillas. This experience will give you the opportunity to learn more about their age old culture while you enjoy a hike with the Batwa guides, see how they lived and hunted, hear ancient legends and learn about medical plants. The revenue generated from these activities directly benefits the Batwa to strengthen their community. We will afterwards transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, the second deepest lake in Africa.

  • Day 11

    Lake Bunyonyi

    After the two strenuous days it would be good to relax along the shores of the beautiful lake. You can sunbathe, go for canoeing or even tour the different Islands

  • Day 12

    Lake Bunyonyi – Lake Mburo National Park

    After a calm breakfast we depart the beautiful lake and head to Lake Mburo National park. It is the smallest of Uganda’s savannah national parks. It is home to 350 bird species as well as reedbuck. Together with 13 other lakes in the area, Lake Mburo forms part of a 50km-long wetland system linked by a swamp.

  • Day 13

    Lake Mburo National Park

    After breakfast you will have a game drive which will provide the opportunity to spot Zebras, Elands, water bucks, warthogs and a variety of bird species among others. You will then return to the lodge and relax. After lunch you will have a boat ride on Lake Mburo.

  • Day 14

    Lake Mburo National Park – Entebbe

    You will depart Lake Mburo and head to Entebbe. Enroute you will have a stopover at the Equator where you can take pictures and buy some souvenirs. Time allowing you may stop at the royal drum makers. You will then be dropped in time to catch your flight back home
